Happy new year! Here’s what I’m doing right now:

• Helping online instructors get ready for the Spring 2025 semester, which starts Monday. This involves a lot of course copies, as well as some last-minute course conversions from Blackboard Original to Blackboard Ultra.
• Getting ready to rewrite my “Big List” of home to dos as well as my “Today” list of things I’d like to accomplish today.
• Considering turning up the heat, because it’s 24ºF outside and the low tonight is 18ºF. Snow is in the forecast for Thursday.
